You can signup for the e-Basic package for free, forever. However, for your students to be able to check, download and print their termly results online after you publish it, you'll have to purchase the Scratch Pins required to do so, by choosing and activating any of our premium packages from the account section of the software.
Each package is packed with unique features for specific needs, designed to give you the best tools for managing every aspect of your school.
How the pricing works
We understand that individual needs differ, which is why we developed a flexible payment plan for the premium packages.
We have three (3) easy payment plans, which are;
- TERMLY: Which allows you to purchase scratch pins termly, automatically calculated based on the number of students in your database.
- YEARLY: Which allows you to purchase scratch pins for the three (3) terms in a year/session, automatically calculated based on the number of students in your database.
- CUSTOM: Which allows you to purchase the number of pins you want, irrespective of the number of students you have in your database.

PACKAGE VALUE: N1,000.
NUMBER OF STUDENTS: 70.
TERM(S): 1.
THEREFORE: N1,000 x 70 = N70,000.
TOTAL: N70,000.
YOU GET: 70 Scratch Pins.
EXAMPLE YEARLY PURCHASE
PACKAGE VALUE: N1,000.
NUMBER OF STUDENTS: 50.
TERMS IN A SESSION/YEAR: 3.
THEREFORE: N1,000 x 50 x 3 = N150,000.
TOTAL: N150,000.

e-Education Solution is free-to-use, all you need to do is signup, and set up your account. The software will automatically setup and grant you access to the default Basic Package, which is packed with features needed to manage your school.
Besides the default Basic Package, e-Education Solution has premium packages which you can choose from. Each of the packages are packed with unique features that are specially tailored for specific needs.
Yes, you can switch from one package to another. Nevertheless, you can only switch packages after a package has run it's validity period of one year. Secondly, you will loose access to data generated by certain features in a package (incase you switched to a lower package). Neverthless, your data will still be available, incase you choose to upgrade again in the future.
e-Education Solution is designed to manage Creche, Nursery, Primary and Secondary/High School. This means that the software can track a pupil from Creche right up to Secondary/High School.
No, data captured and stored in the software's database remains there for as long as possible. This means that students can still login and view or download their results years after graduating from your school.
Yes, e-Education Solution has a rich and powerful feature which enables schools to process termly results, and perform calculations like subject scores, average scores and class positions.
No, you don't have to pay to process termly results using the software. Neverthless, students will have to buy a sratch pin each term for check, viewing and printing of termly results.
No, once a termly result is unlocked, it remains unlocked, and can be viewed and printed as many times as possible.
You don't need to have a website of your own to use the software. All you need to do is to sign up on the e-Education Solution platform, and start managing your school right away
Once you choose a package, the software prompts you to pay for the selected package using your credit card or into a unique account details automatically generated for you, via a secure payment channel (Paystack) right from your admin panel.
Your package subscription is based on an payment type you choose (Termly, Yearly or Custom). Which means that your subscription lasts it's validity, after which you will have to renew your subscription to the current package, or choose and pay for a different package.
The platform is designed to accept subscription payments using a valid and funded credit card or into an automatically generated account details ( which expires after one transaction). Nevertheless, if you encounter challenges with subscription, please contact our support team at [email protected]
